OSLO, Norway - The twin attacks in Norway that killed at least 92 people on Friday had been planned since at least autumn 2009, according to an on-line manuscript written by the suspect, local press reported Sunday.

The 1,500-page Internet document, posted along with a 12-minute video by Behring Breivik prior to the attacks, were filled with comments of anti-multiculturalism and racial hatred.
