PARIS - The second black box of the Germanwings' A320 plane that crashed on March 24 in the southern French Alps was found, announced Marseille prosecutor Brice Robin and cited by French news channel BFMTV.

The second black box is to be analyzed by the French Bureau of Enquiry and Analysis for Civil Aviation Safety (BEA) in Paris.

BEA managed to extract useful data from the first black box, the Cockpit Voice Recorder, retrieved last week. After studying the file, it was thought the co-pilot deliberately destroyed the aircraft.

The airbus A320, operated by Lufthansa's budget airline Germanwings, crashed while flying from Barcelona, Spain to Duesseldorf, Germany, killing all 144 passengers and six crew members on board.
