Five central departments have issued a notice to regulate the release of online hiring information to foster a healthier recruitment environment. The departments involved are the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

According to the notice, commercial human resources service agencies and online recruitment portals must obtain official certificates before publishing hiring information or offering hiring services for employers.

Recruitment platforms are urged to publish real and legal hiring information with unified standards and are prohibited from increasing platform traffic by illegally using hiring information. These platforms must strictly manage user registration by verifying real identities and displaying qualifications on users' homepages.

Additionally, the government will tighten the management of online accounts offering employment services and take swift action against illegal or improper behavior, the notice states.
