PetroChina Co, the country's biggest oil and gas producer, posted a 30 percent increase in third-quarter earnings thanks to higher crude oil prices and increased output.
China CITIC Bank Corp Ltd said third quarter net profit rose 97.55 percent year-on-year to 4.034 billion yuan ($588.91 million) under Chinese accounting standards due to strong growth in net interest and fee income.
